Strength Foundations is based on our proven Group Strength model at JNPT - combining structured programming with real accountability, so you’re not left trying to figure it out on your own.

This isn’t a “set and forget” program…

You’ll be part of a small group of like-minded people, with ongoing support and coaching to keep you on track and progressing.

JNPT Strength Foundations includes:

  • Multiple Programs to choose from - Choose from home or gym-based programs, tailored to how many days you want to train each week.

  • Small Group Pod Accountability - You’ll be placed in a group of up to 10 people, so you stay connected, supported, and consistent.

  • Weekly Video Technique Review - Submit your lifts and get feedback to improve your technique over time.

  • JNPT Training App Access - Track your sessions, follow your program, and access all exercise demonstrations in one place.
