
Group Strength
Group Strength is what JNPT is all about.
It is all about building a strong, capable, healthy body for long term health, no matter your current fitness level. Sessions are intimate, with a maximum of 6 people in the gym and are focussed on you as the individual, unlike typical large ‘group fitness’ classes. You will receive a fully custom program each block that’s based on your current goals, fitness level and any limitations you may have. Your coach will work very closely with you to achieve the best results week in week out.
At JNPT, everyone is coached on an individual level. Meaning, we work through your training together and ongoing adjustments are made to your program to meet your specific needs, as you would in a 1:1 personal training format. Group Strength is perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to lift weights safely and correctly, build a strong healthy body, and exercise in a safe, friendly and community orientated environment. Most people start Group Strength to develop great training habits and often stay to become long term members and members of the community.
Although we are very serious about teaching people how to lift weights at a high level, we are even more serious about having fun with it. If you want high quality coaching but want the joy of doing it in a fun loving, relaxed environment, this is for you.

Our Group Strength memberships are simple and flexible, with options to train one, two, or three days a week so you can choose what works best for you.

$45 per week
1 x Group Strength session per week for a 12-week block*
2 Days Per Week
$85 per week
2 x Group Strength sessions per week for a 12-week block*
3 Days Per Week
$105 per week
3 x Group Strength sessions per week for a 12-week block*
